2. Description of Service

Lomi provides SaaS tools for content planning, cross-platform scheduling, automated posting to verified social networks, and community voting campaigns. We are an authorized user of official APIs provided by X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and TikTok.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Lomi to publish:

• Spam, deceptive content, malware, phishing links, or unauthorized advertisements.
• Content that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret.
• Harmful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content violating third-party platform community standards.

4. Account Disconnection & Termination

You can disconnect any social media account or delete your workspace at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that systematically violate social network platform limits or conduct abusive automation.
